This fall, I began my studies in political science at the University of Ottawa. I also started my new job as a Page in the Senate of Canada. I have really enjoyed Ottawa so far -- the city is beautiful, very bilingual, and full of culture.

At the University, I am fortunate to have a place in the Faculty of Art's Solo Performance Studies music course. This is great, because it means that I am able to sing while studying political science and experiencing life as a Page.

I will be performing a couple times in the near future.

On the 10 of October, I will be singing Foster's Because We Believe at my high school's Commencement Exercises. This is the fourth year I will perform at Commencement, and it's always an honour and a pleasure to sing for my peers.

On the 6 of November, I will be singing, with the Ottawa Children's Chamber Choir, Joncas's On Eagles Wings at a remembrance ceremony in the Senate. I'm very humbled to have been asked to sing at this ceremony; a time when we remember and appreciate others who lived, dreamed, and sacrificed so that we can enjoy freedom and peace.
